Dealer Information Checklist

1. Friday check-in early as 2pm (please call to confirm your check-in time at (818) 806-4800). HRS will contact you with check-in times.  We will be loading hour by hour by table location - please be on time. Below is the FREE dealer check in area.  We will have only 1 flatbed dolly - if you have one please bring.  Also for this Fall 2022 event we offer discount Hotel parking and free street parking per the map.
2. Dealers can check-in to receive credentials as early as 2pm in the lobby. You will receive your dealer ID's and table area, look for the HRS Dealer check-in table. 
3. Security will be provided all night Friday.
4. Once you hear the song New York New York by Frank Sinatra its time to close shop for the night/conference.
   
5. White Glove Service for Seniors - We offer FREE move in service for people over 62 years of age and anyone that is handicapped.
